Hila Kay
Hi, my name is Hila Kay, I was trained and certified to be a Cranio Sacral Therapy (BCST) practitioner at the International School of Body Intelligence and now teach in the same establishment. I was first exposed to CST as a teenager (which was not an easy time in life, to say the least…). During sessions, I experienced relaxation, ease, and strength that I had not known before. I would leave each treatment with more confidence in my body and my life.
Later, I met Dr. Ora Golan a chiropractor. She trained me in a treatment method that she developed using applied kinesiology, and taught me an additional unique method to treat allergies. That is how I became a certified therapist in her clinic. I am grateful for the five years I worked for Dr. Golan, and for the extensive experience I gained treating people of different ages and backgrounds.
After a significant process at Dr. Golan's clinic, I earned a BA degree in movement and dance at the Music and Dance Academy. During my studies, I worked as a movement instructor at the Elwyn Israel NPO, and later on offered CST treatments there as part of my training. At the end of my studies in the dance academy, I started CST practitioner training and felt like I had returned home.
CST is an integral part of my personal development and has given me profound support during my pregnancies, after miscarriages, births, and as a mother. Caring for babies and supporting families is near and dear to my heart. I am devoted to listening to people's unique guidance toward their optimal well-being, helping them tap into their internal resources and trust their body’s intelligence. I am amazed time and time again by the forces of health that reveal themselves in a safe therapeutic space.
