Course Director

Ged Sumner – is a practicing Craniosacral Therapist and Chi Kung teacher. He has also studied shiatsu, healing and attachment based psychoanalytical psychotherapy. He has taught biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as a senior tutor and course director for the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust’s (CTET) practitioner trainings in London and as a senior tutor for Resonance Trainings courses in Australia and New Zealand. He set up the Fountain Clinic in London which is a specialized Craniosacral Therapy Clinic (www.fountainclinic.com). He also set up and directed the ‘Living Anatomy’ training for CTET offering an holistic view of the body’s anatomy and physiology. He is a director of the Healthy Living Centre (www.thehealthylivingcentre.co.uk), a multi-disciplinary alternative therapy practice in London. He is also director of the College of Elemental Chi Kung offering Chi Kung classes, workshops, retreats and a Chi Kung Teacher Training program in Europe, N.America and Australasia (www.elementalchikung.com). He is the author of Body Intelligence – creating a new environment (www.bodyintelligence.com). He has a degree in Chemistry and currently lives in Australia with his partner and has three children.

Julie Lacey - Julie has been practicing and studying body therapies for over 12 years. She is a qualified Reflexologist and Shiatsu Practitioner and left a busy practice in London before coming to New Zealand in 2002 to further her studies in Craniosacral Therapy. She completed the Craniosacral Practitioner Training and Post Graduate Training for Mums and Babies and is also trained in Therapeutic Massage. With a keen nterest in Dance and Movement, Julie has been practicing Kitaido (a mind/body movement practice) for the last 10 years. Maintaining healthy physical disciplines and working to support clients with clarity and integrity are a priority in her practice.

Nikki Anderson - Nikki is a practicing Craniosacral therapist in the coastal village of Te Awanga Hawkes Bay.  New Zealand.  Pregnancy and the birth of her first daughter 24 years ago led to studies in many natural therapies and she has gained formal qualifications in Massage therapy, Naturopathy and Craniosacral therapy. She has worked in several roles as a natural therapist; including her own private practice and as an Osteopathic assistant. She has also worked in Quality Assurance for a worldwide manufacturer of Anthroposophical medicine, which was inspirational for her to follow the Biodynamic form of Craniosacral therapy. 

Jason Jackson - has been a Health Practitioner for over 15 years practicing Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Craniosacral Therapy for the last 8 years. About 6 years ago the Biodynamic style of Craniosacral Therapy opened his eyes and he has been practicing in this modality ever since. He works at a clinic in Auckland and treats mothers and babies.
